Love the pretzels themselves but as we use them to make chocolate covered pretzels, breakage is a major issue. Placed an order for 20 bags. Ended up with at least 10 bags of breakage waste… Thought ordering directly might help rather than pull off the grocery shelves but did not seem to have any impact.

The best tasting pretzels, better than Costco. Will definitely order again.
